I don't know where you found that video, but I was laughing really hard at it.
I think it's a good idea. I personally don't smoke pot, nor do I live in California. It's would have to be treated as alcohol, as in; you can't be high while operating machinery such as cars or at work and you can't be high in public.
Sure more children might get in to it, but in all honesty I don't know a single person that hasn't tried it once except me(and I know a lot of people).
